The Newby’s Testimony

      Life changing? You bet it is! Our Lord moves us in, out, up and down paths when we least expect it and my journey has taken me down a new road and I pray I’m only at the top of the hill.

  When traveling on any journey it is imperative to remove any blinders from our eyes and to see the path ahead of us clearly and be willing to move forward down the road. Trust, yes! I must be willing to trust the course that was divinely mapped for me to get me to the destination He sends me on (Phil. 4:10-13) and be willing to trust by faith the road He has paved for me. The Lord is teaching me to recognize His love and compassion by steering my course to ride and walk with His people who are serving and ministering for Him, going full speed ahead. This journey/ride and mission includes expressing Christ’s love and Kingdom by loving, praying and serving the needy, those who are lost, homeless, addicted and reaching out to those who are incarcerated. No putting on the brakes & Oh yikes, no speeding tickets please.

  I have walked with the Lord Jesus most of my life and yes, it has included a few short detours too, with some bumps, curves and more than a few potholes to go over. However, my Lord dusted me off and sent me racing (on a motorcycle) to answer His calling on my life with new direction. Who would have thought I would be serving and riding with a group of motorcycle riders that minister Christ’s teachings and speak the truth to those who need to hear the Kingdom message! I love the direction He has sent me. Where He leads me, I will follow.

  Wow, I pray this ride is only beginning, and I’m looking forward to adding more miles and traveling on many highways with them and anyone who would like to journey with us. You are all invited.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3: 5)
