I came to know about Jesus when I was about 13 years old while going to church with my mother, I especially enjoyed Thursday nights with the Youth Group and many trips we would go on. When I was around 15 years old I went on a youth trip to Lake Tahoe. And while talking with the youth Pastor on that trip I asked God to come into my life. When I was 19 I was baptized. But not too long after that I fell away from Jesus. I went out on my own doing my own thing. It would be many, many years before I would come back. I know Jesus was always calling for me to come back but it took a long time before I would listen. I believe the biggest calling from Jesus was when he saved my brother, to see my brother fall head over heels for Jesus was very uplifting for me and it resurrected the desire in my heart to come back to Jesus. I am now inspired to be a servant for of the lord and to help others whenever I can. just as he has never left me I will never leave him.
